“Ania Greta Studio is the work of Chicago-based painter and illustrator Anna Mielniczuk, whose playful, colourful and deliberately imperfect style draws on folk art, vintage children's books and the natural world. Flowers, birds and animals recur throughout her work, rendered in bold, storybook colour across original paintings and fine art prints on Hahnemühle etching paper, each signed and sealed with a certificate of authenticity.”

Anna’s illustration practice is characterized by it’s bold use of color, line, and shape. Playfully imperfect, she takes inspiration from vintage children’s books, and illustrators such as Tove Jansen, Saul Steinberg, and Andy Warhol.

Along with working in illustration, Anna also has a painting practice where she explores color, harmony, nature, and storytelling.
